Rich is the founder of NextGen and brings over 30 years of experience in wireless to the table with an additional 15 years of experience in power line construction. Rich is well known throughout the industry for solving hard problems and working hand in hand with engineers to conduct feasibility studies for difficult jobs.  In over thirty years Rich is yet to find a project that he can't build.

Aaron is Rich's oldest son and has 15 years of experience in the wireless industry.  He has also worked in the natural gas industry.  He worked on distribution and transmission gas systems. He came back to NextGen in 2020 and today he handles all the day to day operations of NextGen from estimating to scheduling and personnel acquisition.

Dan started at NextGen in 2015 and brings 21 years of experience in the wireless industry to the company.  He started working for Rich in 2002 as a climbing welder at Rich’s previous company TCCI.  Today he leads our companies structural department and heads up the safety committee.  He is our inhouse Comtrain instructor and is OSHA 510 certified.

Dawn handles every dollar that comes in and out of NextGen.  She has been with us since the start and is a vital member of the team.  She also handles all of our HR needs and licensing. 

Dennis came to NextGen Services Group in 2021 after retiring from the police force.  Today Dennis handles closeouts and material procurement.  He also brings in Darla to assist with office security.

Lou has nearly a century of experience as a civil engineer.

He was involved in designing and constructing nuclear silos, sewage treatment plants, bridges, railway catenary systems and much more.  He owned and operated a power line construction company and we are glad to still have him around to lean on when it comes to extremely complex projects.
